The school is located on the very busy Long Mile Road in Dublin 12, however the school grounds contain a lot of trees and vegetation.
The Transition Year students installed 6 nitrogen dioxide tubes within the school grounds, a playground and a community centre.
The students carried out traffic surveys close to where many of the tubes were situated. They inputted their results into a spreadsheet and constructed graphs.
