We would like to propose improvement of the areas around the retention basins on the residential area near our school. Improvements should include improving the environment in harmony with nature and a friendly environment for elderly citizens – we would like to propose benches for resting, planting trees (improving the air, reducing temperatures in the summer months), and installing insect houses (promoting biodiversity). We will measure the temperature in different parts and types of environment in the chosen area. We will evaluate the measured values. The output will be a map of the site with proposed modifications.
