Michal Broza is the Head of the UN Information Centre in Prague (UNIC). He joined the United Nations in 1995 and has served in various positions since then, including peacekeeping missions in Africa. He also had worked as Consultant in the World Bank and Researcher in private sector. He authored and co-authored books and articles about the United Nations and global risks. For many years, Michal has been actively involved in lecturing activities, particularly on issues of sustainable development, climate change and UN peacekeeping operations. Charles University in Prague graduate, he holds an MA in Information Science and also studied Political and Social Sciences at the Charles University and the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
