Mobility Patterns that support Community Development
Meánscoil Iognáid Rís, Naas, is an all-boys Catholic voluntary secondary school under the Trusteeship of the Edmund Rice Schools Trust, formerly the Irish Christian Brothers. The school is named after the founder of the Order, Edmund Rice. In Naas Christian Brothers School (CBS), we are passionate about the environment, climate change, and global citizenship. Our teachers and students want to see change in the world and have worked hard in the past to help make change happen. We have the energy and drive to get things done and the support from our management and local community have helped us get successful projects over the line for many years. Our projects have not only made differences within our school, but have also influenced our local community here in Naas as well as communities in other countries as far away as Zambia.
